Terms of Service

1. Who can use AyzyBot

You must be old enough to use Discord where you live (at least 13, and older in some countries), and you must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. AyzyBot runs on Discord, so anything Discord does not allow is not allowed here either.

You may not use AyzyBot if we have blocked your account or your server from it.

2. If you run a server

When you add AyzyBot to a server or change its settings, you are responsible for how it behaves there. That includes:

• the moderation actions, automatic rules and filters you turn on, and what they do to your members;
• the messages, embeds, commands and replies you set it up to send;
• who you let into the dashboard and what you let them change;
• telling your members which features collect information about them, such as statistics, logging, tickets and forms;
• any outside service, API key or webhook you connect, which you must have the right to use;
• if you use the Custom Bot feature, the bot application and token you bring, which are covered by Discord's developer terms as well as these.

Automatic moderation can make mistakes. It does not replace your own judgement, and you should check what it does in your server. Simulation mode lets you see what it would do before it does it.

3. What you may not do

Do not use AyzyBot, or try to use it, to:

• harass, threaten, spam or harm anyone, or post anything illegal;
• collect information about people beyond what you need to run your server;
• ban or punish people across a ban network without a genuine reason;
• pretend to be someone else, or to be AyzyBot or its team;
• get round plan limits, locked settings or access rules, or use features you have not been given;
• disrupt, overload, probe or break AyzyBot, this website or the systems behind them, or copy or scrape them;
• resell or rebrand AyzyBot as your own service without our written permission.

If you find a security problem, please tell us privately using the contact details below rather than testing it on other people's servers.

4. Your content

What you and your members write or upload stays yours. You give Corayzy permission to store, copy, process and show it only as far as needed to run AyzyBot for you, for example to keep a ticket transcript, post a scheduled message or show your settings in the dashboard.

If you share something to the community library (for example an API command), you let other servers copy and use it. Credentials are never shared with it.

5. Premium plans and payments

Some features are part of paid plans. A plan can belong to a server or to you. Payments are handled by Stripe, and the price, what is included and how often you are charged are shown before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If a plan ends or changes, your saved settings are kept, but features that are no longer included stop working until the plan is back.

If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will look at it. Refunds are decided case by case. Nothing in these terms takes away any right to a refund or cancellation you have under the law where you live.

We may change prices or what a plan includes. A price change applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it does.

6. Changes to AyzyBot

AyzyBot is changed and improved all the time. We may add, change or remove features, and it may sometimes be unavailable. Every release is listed on the What's new page. We do not promise any particular uptime.

7. Stopping and suspension

You can stop using AyzyBot at any time by removing it from your server and signing out. What happens to your data then is explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may limit, suspend or end access for an account, a server or a network address that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or that the law requires us to stop serving. Where it is reasonable, we will say why.

8. No guarantees

AyzyBot is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose, and we are not responsible for what server owners, moderators or members do with it.

9. Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Corayzy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost members, lost income or damage to reputation, arising from using AyzyBot or not being able to use it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law permits, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Discord

AyzyBot is an independent service. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Discord Inc. Your use of Discord itself is covered by Discord's own terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and important changes are announced on the What's new page. Using AyzyBot after a change means you accept the new terms. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
