Fixes and improvements

Allowing a command in a channel now works outside the bot-commands channels

A command rule that allows a command in a channel now lets it be used there, even when Bot-commands channels or the command's own channel settings would keep it elsewhere.

Changed

  • The help for Bot-commands channels in Command Permissions now says that allowing a command in a channel lets it work there too.

Fixed

  • Allowing a command in a channel (with /admin perms allow or a Command rules row in Command Permissions) now lets it be used in that channel, and in the channels of a category you allow. Before, Bot-commands channels and the command's own allowed or disabled channels still turned it away there. Allowing a member or role works as before: it says who may use a command, not where.
Fixes and improvements

Voice XP fixes: AFK channel and level-up messages

Members no longer earn voice XP in the server's AFK channel, and level-ups from voice XP are announced again.

Changed

  • The help for Voice XP and Announce level-ups in Leveling & XP now says that the AFK channel earns no voice XP and where level-ups from voice are posted.

Fixed

  • Members sitting in the server's AFK channel no longer earn voice XP.
  • Level-ups from voice XP are now announced. With Announce level-ups set to In the channel they leveled up, the message goes to the voice channel's own chat; before, it was not sent at all.
New features

Choose how often voice XP is given

Leveling & XP can now give voice XP for every stretch of time you choose in voice, not only every minute.

Added

  • Voice XP is given each time a member has spent the chosen number of seconds in voice. Under 60 seconds gives it more than once each minute; time that earns nothing (alone, muted, or in a no-XP channel) does not count towards it.
  • Leveling & XP has a new Seconds in voice for each award setting under Voice: members earn the voice XP each time they have spent that long in a voice channel (60 seconds unless you change it).

Changed

  • The XP per minute in voice setting is now called Voice XP. Your existing amount is kept, and with the new setting left at 60 seconds voice XP works exactly as before.
New features

Import a word list into Word Filters

Word Filters lists have an Import list button: paste a list, or choose a text file, and every line becomes its own entry.

Added

  • Word Filters: Words / phrases and Exceptions in each list have an Import list button. Paste a list or choose a text file, and every line is added as its own entry. Blank lines and words already on the list are skipped, and you see how many will be added before you add them.
  • Word Filters: when pasted lines look like regex patterns and the list's Match mode is not Regex, the import box says so, so the patterns are not matched as plain text by mistake.
  • Behind the scenes groundwork for importing lists in the dashboard.
New features

Birthdays can be sent as a message, with message variations

Birthday announcements can now be sent as an ordinary message instead of an embed, and you can write several messages so a different one is picked each time. Both work for members' birthdays and for custom birthdays.

Added

  • Birthdays can be posted as a plain message, and a random one of the server's message variations is used each time.
  • Birthdays has a new Send as setting on the Members tab and the Custom birthdays tab: An embed, as before, or A message, which sends the birthday text on its own.
  • Birthdays has Message variations: add as many messages as you like and one is picked at random, for everyone's message, for each member's message, and for custom birthdays. A custom birthday's own message still comes first.

Changed

  • The Embed setting of custom birthdays, feeds and go-live alerts says Standard look when no design is set.
  • The Embed setting of custom birthdays, feeds and go-live alerts now says Standard look when no design is set, instead of Sent as plain text, since those are still sent as an embed.
New features

Question of the Day can ask ready-made questions

When your question of the day runs out of questions, it can now carry on with a ready-made list instead of stopping. The questions, prompts and words the games use are also kept up to date for everyone.

Added

  • Question of the Day can carry on with ready-made questions when its queue runs out.
  • Question of the Day: choose Ask the platform's questions under When the queue runs out to keep posting from a ready-made list. Staff are not warned about an empty queue while it does.
  • Question of the Day has a new choice under When the queue runs out: Ask the platform's questions, a ready-made list of questions. One is not asked again until all of them have been.

Changed

  • Behind the scenes improvements to the games' built-in questions.
  • The built-in questions, prompts and words of the games can now be kept up to date for every server.
New features

Card drops, trading and sets

The card collector gets cards that drop in chat for the quickest member to claim, trades between members, and rewards for completing a set.

Added

  • Behind the scenes support for card drops and trades.
  • Card drops: turn on Card drops in Collectible & RPG, pick the drop channels, and after members have been chatting a card from your pool drops there. The first member to press Claim gets it.
  • Card trades: /rpg trade offers another member a card for one of theirs, with coins on either side if your server allows. Both members confirm before anything moves, and a card offered in two trades can only leave once.
  • Card sets: give a reward (coins, XP or a role) for owning every card of a rarity, or the whole pool. /rpg sets shows how far you are.

Changed

  • Collectible & RPG has new Drops, Trading and Sets settings. Drops start switched off; trading is on, and can be switched off.
New features

Server templates

Set up a server in a few clicks from a starter template (Gaming community, Support server, Streamer community or Study group) or from a layout you saved: see exactly what will be made first, and the bot creates only what is missing.

Added

  • Server Templates Tools: pick a starter template or one of your own, preview it, confirm, and see the report of what was made; save this server as a template of your own.
  • Server Templates: save a server's layout and module settings as a template of your own, and apply it to another server you manage. Members and secret settings are never saved.
  • Server Templates: the bot creates the missing roles and channels at a steady pace, reports anything it could not make, and can post the report in a channel you choose.
  • Server Templates: a new module, off until you switch it on, with four starter templates (Gaming community, Support server, Streamer community, Study group), each with roles, categories, channels and their permissions, and the modules to switch on.
  • Server Templates: a preview shows exactly what would be made, what is already there and what is left out and why, before anything changes.
  • Server Templates: only what is missing is made. Nothing already in the server is renamed, moved, changed or deleted, and no role is ever given moderator or admin permissions by a template.
New features

Blackjack, higher or lower and roulette

Three new Economy games under /eco gamble, played with your server's coins: blackjack, higher or lower, and roulette.

Added

  • Blackjack with /eco gamble blackjack: hit, stand or double against the dealer. A blackjack pays 3 to 2.
  • Higher or lower with /eco gamble higherlower: guess the next card, watch the pot grow, and cash out before you are wrong.
  • Roulette with /eco gamble roulette: bet on red, black, odd, even or a single number from 0 to 36.

Changed

  • Economy & Currency: the per-game gambling settings now cover blackjack, higher or lower and roulette, and the house edge only ever reduces what is won on top of a bet.

Fixed

  • Two bets placed at the same moment can no longer spend the same coins in slots and dice.
New features

Repeating events, reminders and calendar links

Events can now repeat every day, week or month, send a reminder before they start, appear in Discord's own Events list, show events from a public calendar, and be shared as a calendar members can subscribe to.

Added

  • Events & Scheduling Tools: Upcoming events lists the next events of every kind with Skip and Take back the skip, Calendar links shows how reading each calendar goes, and Calendar link for members makes, replaces or turns off the subscribe link.
  • Events & Scheduling: a calendar link members can subscribe to in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. It is made under Tools, shown once, can be replaced (the old one stops working at once) or turned off, and has only the server's own events that are set to be in it.
  • Events & Scheduling: staff can skip one event, or one time of a repeating event, take the skip back, or change one time (when, title, place, details) without changing the rest, with /mod event skip, /mod event unskip and /mod event edit.
  • Events & Scheduling: a reminder posted a set time before an event, as a reply to its post, pinging the role you chose.
  • Events & Scheduling: repeating events (every day, every week on the days you pick, or every month on the same date, the same weekday such as the second Tuesday, the last of a weekday or the last day), ending on a day, after a number of times, or never.
  • Events & Scheduling: each time of a repeating event gets its own post and its own Going, Maybe and Can't list.
  • Events & Scheduling: an optional reminder a set time before each event, with a role to ping.
  • Events & Scheduling: events can also be added to Discord's own Events list and kept up to date there.
  • Events & Scheduling: Calendar links show the events of a public calendar (an iCal address, such as a public Google Calendar) in the event list, and can post them in a channel. Calendars are only read, never changed.

Changed

  • Events & Scheduling: an event post now shows when it ends, how often it repeats or which calendar it came from, and says when one is skipped.
  • Events & Scheduling: the start of an event is no longer announced when the bot comes back more than an hour after it began.
Major release

Games get their own /games command

All the games now live under /games, with four new ones to play: Connect 4, hangman, truth or dare and a last-one-standing battle.

Added

  • Connect 4: challenge another member with /games connect4 and drop pieces with the column buttons. Four in a row wins.
  • Hangman: /games hangman, alone or with everyone in the channel guessing letters from two menus or the whole word. Add your own words under Games & Minigames.
  • Truth or Dare: /games truthordare gives a truth or a dare with buttons for the next one. The built-in prompts suit every age, you can add your own, and truths or dares can each be switched off. Turn it on under Fun, Games & Media.
  • Last One Standing: /games battle starts a battle members join with a button, then funny rounds knock players out until one is left. Add your own lines, and give the winner coins or XP if you like. Turn it on under Fun, Games & Media.
  • Games & Minigames: Connect 4 and hangman can each be switched off, and you choose whether a game that runs out of time keeps its message or deletes it.

Changed

  • The Trivia questions page points members to /games trivia-top for the leaderboard.
  • If you chose who sees /fun on the Commands page, /games starts with the same choice. A choice of roles or members needs Apply in Discord once for /games.
  • The games moved from /fun to the new /games command: tic-tac-toe, rock paper scissors, duel, reaction race, guess the number, never have I ever, trivia, the trivia leaderboard and would you rather. The old names still work for now, and command permissions set for them still apply.
Fixes and improvements

Quieter voice and channel logs

The server log no longer posts extra entries when someone joins voice or when a role is added to a channel's permissions without any permissions set, so busy servers see their log entries without delay.

Fixed

  • Joining voice no longer also logs "unmuted, undeafened", "Stopped streaming" and "Camera off" for members the bot had not yet seen in voice. A join is now one log entry.
  • Joining or leaving voice while muted or deafened no longer adds a separate "Muted or deafened in voice" entry; muting and deafening are logged when they change while someone is in voice.
  • Adding a role or member to a channel's or category's permissions without setting any permissions no longer logs "Channel changed" (once for every synced channel), and neither does removing one that had nothing set.
Fixes and improvements

Roles given one at a time

Fixed roles sometimes not being given, or another role being taken away, when the bot gave or took several roles at once.

Fixed

  • Fixed roles sometimes not being given, or another role being taken away, when the bot gave or took several roles at once: Autorole, level and role path rewards, ticket roles, mute and sticky roles, Anti-Nuke quarantine, reaction roles, onboarding and BeReal streak roles.
New features

Most asked FAQ questions

FAQ Panels now count how often each question is picked, so you can see what your members ask about most. Only the counts are kept, never who picked what.

Added

  • FAQ Panels: a new Most asked questions tool lists each panel's questions by how often they were picked, with when each was last picked, and Reset counts to start a panel again from 0.
  • Behind the scenes support for counting FAQ questions.
  • FAQ Panels: each answer shown counts towards its question. A member counts once per question an hour, so picking the same question again and again does not push it up the list.
  • FAQ Panels: question counts follow a question's words, so a renamed question starts again from 0.
New features

FAQ Panels

A new FAQ Panels module: post a panel with a menu of questions, and members pick one to get its answer straight away, without opening a ticket. Every answer is yours to write, with text, a full embed and link buttons.

Added

  • FAQ Panels: a Post FAQ panels button at the top of the module, beside its switch, while the bot is online.
  • Behind the scenes support for FAQ Panels.
  • FAQ Panels: Post FAQ panels puts each panel in its channel, and posting again updates it where it is. A panel deleted by hand, or moved to another channel, is posted afresh.
  • FAQ Panels: picking a question clears the pick, so the same question can be asked again, and brings the menu up to date with questions added or renamed since it was posted. Answers changed on the dashboard are used straight away.
  • FAQ Panels: when a member's direct messages are closed, a direct-message answer is shown only to them instead.
  • FAQ Panels (Support & Tickets): set up to 25 panels, each with up to 25 questions. A panel has its own message text, embed and link buttons, and a menu text for its dropdown.
  • FAQ Panels: write each answer as text, an embed with a title, colour, pictures, footer and fields, or a message designed in Discohook, with up to 5 link buttons under it. {user}, {username} and the other member placeholders fill in for whoever asked.
  • FAQ Panels: choose where answers are shown: only to the member who asked, in the channel for everyone, or in a direct message. A question can follow its panel or choose for itself.
New features

Choice, yes or no, scale, number and date questions on forms

Ban appeal and application form questions can now be answered by picking: single choice, multiple choice, a dropdown, yes or no, or a number scale. A question can also ask for a number or a date, and it works the same in Discord and on the web.

Added

  • Web forms show the new answer styles: radio buttons, checkboxes (the rest wait once the most picks are ticked), a dropdown, a row of numbers for a scale, and number and date boxes.
  • Web forms check every answer before sending, and say which question needs fixing.
  • Discord forms show choice questions as buttons to pick from (radio buttons for one answer, checkboxes for several), or as a dropdown when there are more than 10 choices.
  • New answer styles for form questions: Single choice, Multiple choice, Dropdown, Yes or no, Number scale, Number and Date, next to Short answer and Paragraph.
  • Every question can have a short line of text under it.

Changed

  • Behind the scenes support for the new form answer styles.
  • If a Discord form answer does not fit its question (for example a number out of range or a date that is not one), the bot says what to fix. Nothing is sent in that case.
  • Application forms now use the same question builder as ban appeals: each question has its own answer style, Required switch and settings. Existing questions carry over as short and paragraph answers.
New features

Welcome cards and rank cards

Welcome new members with a picture card, and show levels as a rank card with a background, avatar and progress bar. Both are off until you switch them on, so nothing changes for servers that already use Welcome & Goodbye or Leveling & XP.

Added

  • A card editor on the Welcome & Goodbye and Leveling & XP pages, with a live preview drawn exactly as the bot draws the card.
  • Card backgrounds can be uploaded by anyone who can edit Welcome & Goodbye or Leveling & XP.
  • The welcome card is posted with the welcome, as the embed's large picture when the welcome is an embed, and a welcome can now be the card alone.
  • /level show answers with the rank card when it is switched on, and your own card has a Style my card button.
  • Welcome & Goodbye > Welcome card: a picture posted with the welcome, with the member's avatar and two lines of text on a background picture or colour. Choose the layout, avatar shape, font and colours, with a live preview.
  • Leveling & XP > Rank card: /level show as a picture with the member's avatar, level, rank and a progress bar. It can also go on level-up messages.
  • Members can be allowed to style their own rank card: a colour, and a background from ones the server chooses.
  • Pictures on cards is a plan feature, included on every plan for now.
New features

Reply to staff from your DMs, and form names shown as written

When staff reply to your appeal or application, the DM now has a Reply button so you can answer right there, as well as View on the web. Application forms are now called exactly what the server named them.

Added

  • DMs about an appeal or application now have a Reply button that opens a form in Discord, next to View on the web. Your reply goes to the server's staff just like one sent on the website. Once a decision is made, only View on the web is left.

Changed

  • The button on a web application form now just says Send, so it fits forms that are not applications.
  • After sending a form with /apply, the confirmation names the form (for example "Staff Application sent").
  • The help for an application form's Name now says it is shown exactly as written, and that a form does not have to be an application.

Fixed

  • A form named "Staff Application" no longer shows as "Staff Application application". Form names are shown exactly as the server wrote them, so a form can be called anything, such as "Ideas" or "Feedback".
New features

Birthdays move to Community & Events

Birthdays and Join Anniversaries are now in the Community & Events category, next to Question of the Day, Events and Giveaways. Their settings are unchanged.

Changed

  • Birthdays and Join Anniversaries are now under Community & Events on the dashboard and in /help, instead of Activity & levels. Everything you set for them stays as it is.
  • On servers that use three bots, Birthdays and Join Anniversaries are now run by the General bot. If you use a birthday role, make sure the General bot has the Manage Roles permission.
Fixes and improvements

Dashboard fixes on phones and in grouped lists

Searching the module list on a phone no longer makes the page wider than the screen, and an entry in a grouped list stays put while you type its new group.

Changed

  • Custom birthdays: the example name and group in the empty boxes are now general (Nova, Book characters).

Fixed

  • On a phone, searching the module list (for example for "birthday") no longer makes the whole page wider than the screen.
  • In lists sorted into groups, such as Custom birthdays, changing an entry's Group no longer moves it with every letter you type. It moves to its new group, which opens, when you save.
New features

Birthdays at an exact time

Birthdays now go out at the time you choose, to the minute, and a day's birthdays are never posted twice.

Changed

  • Birthdays are posted at the minute set in Post at, instead of some time within the hour.
  • Birthdays, Members: Post at replaces Announce hour, so you can pick the time to the minute, such as 18:30. If you had set an hour, it shows as that hour on the clock until you change it.

Fixed

  • Moving the server's timezone back past midnight no longer posts the previous day's birthdays again. Changing the posting time after the day's birthdays went out, or the bot restarting, does not post them again either.
New features

Longer appeal forms on the web

Ban appeals and other appeal forms can now be filled in on the web only, which lets them ask up to 25 questions instead of the 5 a Discord pop-up holds.

Added

  • When an appeal form is filled in on the web only, the Appeal this ban button in the ban DM opens the web form, and /appeal replies with the form's link.
  • Ban Appeals has a new setting, Fill in the form inside Discord. Turn it off and the form is filled in on the web only, where it can ask up to 25 questions. Other appeal forms have the same setting.

Changed

  • In the dashboard, the appeal question list allows up to 5 questions while the form opens inside Discord and up to 25 when it is web only.
  • The web appeal form takes up to 25 answers.
  • Appeal and application review posts show as many answers as fit in one Discord message and say how many more there are to read in the dashboard.
  • Saving an appeal form with more than 5 questions while it still opens inside Discord now explains how to ask more.
New features

Import birthdays from another bot

Birthdays can now be brought over from the birthday bot your server used before, by reading that bot's replies in a channel.

Added

  • Birthdays, Tools: Import birthdays from another bot. Pick the channel, give the other bot's user ID and what its reply says (with {member} and {date} where they go), choose how far back to read, then import what was found.
  • Each member counts at their last reply, so the birthday they set most recently is the one imported. Members who already have a birthday here keep theirs, and you can leave out members who are no longer in the server.
  • Someone who sets their birthday while an import is waiting keeps the birthday they set.
  • Reading a channel for an import goes at a steady pace, about 100 messages a second, and can be stopped and carried on later.
  • Birthday imports read dates written as 4 September, September 4th, 2025-09-04 or 04/09.
New features

BeReal

A new BeReal module: once a day, at a time nobody knows ahead of time, everyone is called to post a picture of what they are doing right then. Members earn points and keep streaks, and every part of it can be set to suit your server.

Added

  • BeReal settings page with a Start a BeReal now button at the top.
  • BeReal: a Start a BeReal now button at the top of the module's settings calls everyone to post straight away.
  • BeReal: /fun bereal stats shows a member's points, streak, best streak, posts and on-time rate; /fun bereal top shows the leaderboard by points, current streak, best streak, posts or posts on time, and can show your own place.
  • BeReal: /mod bereal start calls a BeReal now, /mod bereal skip skips today's, and /mod bereal next tells you privately when today's is planned (Manage Server).
  • BeReal module (Community & Events): a call to post a picture once a day, at a random time between two times you choose or at the same time each day, on the days you pick and in your own timezone.
  • BeReal: choose how long members have to post on time, whether late posts count (until the next BeReal, for some hours, or not at all), how many pictures a post needs (2 for a front and back shot), and whether videos count.
  • BeReal: choose what happens to messages without a picture, to pictures posted when no BeReal is open, and to a second post for the same BeReal: removed, reacted to, or left alone. Staff messages are never removed.
  • BeReal points: set how many points a post on time and a late post earn, an optional bonus for posting fast that shrinks as the timer runs down, and an optional streak bonus with a limit.
  • BeReal streaks: count any post or only posts on time, give streak roles at the lengths you choose, and optionally take them back when a streak ends.
  • BeReal: a ping role with a Notify me button on the call, your own message and embed for the call (in the Embed Designer), a thread for each BeReal if you like, a Posted role that lets you hide the feed until a member has posted, an optional recap, your own reactions, and XP rewards through Leveling & XP.
New features

Choose how XP multipliers combine

Leveling & XP can now add multipliers together or use only the highest, instead of always multiplying them, for members who match more than one.

Added

  • Leveling & XP > Multipliers has When several multipliers match: Multiply them together (as before, the default), Add their bonuses together, or Use only the highest. With roles at 1.5 and 1.75 a member with both earns +163%, +125% or +75%. The XP modifier on the rank card follows the same choice.

Changed

  • Earned XP and the XP modifier use the server's choice for combining several matching multipliers.
New features

Compare placeholders in conditions

Conditions in messages and embeds can now compare a placeholder with a value, and a field or line a condition leaves empty is not shown.

Added

  • Conditions can compare a placeholder with a value using =, !=, >, <, >= or <=: {modifier = +0% ? None | {modifier}} shows None for a member with no XP boost, and {level >= 10 ? Veteran | Newcomer} picks words by level. Numbers compare as numbers (+0% equals 0%), words ignore case, and words with spaces can go in quotes.
  • A condition can leave a side empty to show nothing: in an embed, a field or a fact line left with nothing, such as {modifier = +0% ? | {modifier}}, is not shown at all.

Changed

  • Message and embed previews choose a condition's side with the sample values, so a comparison previews as it would read for the example member.
Fixes and improvements

Embed Designer resize hint

The Embed Designer preview now says it can be resized with the bar beside it.

Changed

  • Embed Designer: a short line under the preview says you can drag the bar to resize it.
New features

Choose what a placeholder shows when it is empty

Any message or embed can now say what to show when a placeholder has nothing in it, such as None when no level reward is left.

Added

  • Placeholders can say what to show when they are empty, in every message and embed, including the Embed Designer: {nextreward | None} shows None when no reward is left, and {nextreward ? {nextreward} at level {nextrewardlevel} | None} shows different words either way.

Changed

  • Message previews in the dashboard show a placeholder's condition as it reads when the value is there, and flag a condition on a placeholder the message does not have.
  • The rank card leaves out the Next reward line when no reward is left, as before the previous update; a designed rank card can show its own words with a condition.
  • Leveling & XP no longer has the Say when no reward is left setting added in the previous update. Write {nextreward | None} (or the longer form above) in the level-up message or embed instead.
New features

Ticket history and custom ticket panel embeds

Staff can now look up every ticket a member has opened or taken part in, on the dashboard and with /ticket history. Ticket panels can now be designed as a full custom embed.

Added

  • A Ticket history page under Records: search for a member by name, mention or ID to see the tickets they opened, were added to, claimed or closed, filter by open or closed and by ticket type, and open each ticket's transcript while it is kept.
  • Each ticket panel on the Panels tab has a Custom embed: switch it on to design the whole panel message, with colour, author, title link, fields, thumbnail, image and footer, and a preview with the panel's buttons.
  • Behind the scenes support for searching ticket history.
  • /ticket history @member lists a member's tickets, newest first: the ticket number, type, whether it is open or when it closed and why, and a link to the transcript while it is kept. Only ticket staff can use it.
  • Ticket panels posted from the dashboard (or with /manage tickets panel deploy) use the panel's custom embed when it is switched on. A title or description left empty there is the panel's own. Press Post ticket panels again to update a panel already posted.
  • Ticket history can be given to roles and members on its own under Dashboard access.
New features

Automod: mention window and typo-tolerant duplicates

Anti-mention can now add up pings across several messages, and anti-duplicate can catch repeats that differ by a few characters, such as a corrected typo.

Added

  • Automod: anti-mention has a window in seconds. Above 0, the mentions in a member's messages are added up over it, so pinging someone over and over in separate messages is caught.
  • Automod: anti-duplicate can allow a set number of characters to differ (0 to 20), so repeats with a small change, like a corrected typo, are caught too. Two swapped letters count as one change.
  • Automod: the Anti-duplicate quick filter now has its own Repeats and Window settings instead of a fixed twice in 30 seconds.

Changed

  • Automod: Mentions per message is now called Mentions, since it can also count across messages.

Fixed

  • Settings inside a list entry saved before a setting was added now show and hide correctly, going by that setting's default.
New features

Duels, party games, trivia and would you rather

New games to play in chat: challenge someone to a duel, start a reaction race, guess the number or never have I ever, run trivia rounds with a leaderboard, and ask would you rather questions, with a daily post if you like.

Added

  • A Would you rather queue page: add questions ahead of time, put them in the order the daily post asks them, post the next one now, and ask an old one again.
  • Write your own trivia questions on the dashboard's new Trivia questions page: add them one at a time or paste many at once, search, edit, delete, and reset the leaderboard.
  • /fun duel: challenge another member to a duel. They accept, then you take turns to strike, swing a heavy blow, guard or heal until one of you is out of health. A turn left too long loses the duel.
  • /fun reaction: a reaction race for the whole channel. The first to press the button when it turns green wins the round.
  • /fun guessnumber: the bot thinks of a number and everyone types guesses in the channel. It reacts to say higher or lower until someone gets it.
  • /fun neverhaveiever: a statement with I have and I never have buttons and live counts, then the next one.
  • /fun trivia: trivia rounds with answer buttons and a few seconds to pick. Over 200 built-in questions in nine categories, plus questions your server writes, with a bonus point for the fastest right answer.
  • /fun trivia-top: the trivia leaderboard, with me to find your own place.
  • /fun wouldyourather: a would you rather question with two vote buttons and live counts. Members can change their vote but not vote twice.
  • Would You Rather can post a question every day, in the channel, on the days and at the time and timezone you choose, from your own queue or the built-in questions.
  • Settings for the duel and the party games in Games & Minigames: how long to accept a challenge and to move, rounds in a reaction race, the highest number to guess, and how many never have I ever statements to show and for how long.
  • New modules Trivia and Would You Rather, with help on every setting.
New features

XP boosts: double XP weekends and more

Leveling & XP can now run XP boosts: times when members earn double XP (or any multiplier up to 10x), once or repeating every day, week or month, with start and end announcements. Managers can also start a boost for a set time straight from Discord and stop it again.

Added

  • Settings that take a time of day now show a time picker, and days of the week can be picked several at once with day buttons.
  • New commands /admin level boost-start, /admin level boost-stop and /admin level boosts: start an XP boost now for a set time (for example 2x for 2 hours), stop the one running, or see every boost and when it runs next.
  • Leveling & XP has a new XP boosts list: set a multiplier (2x by default, up to 10x), the day and time it starts and ends in your timezone, and whether it repeats every day, every week on the days you pick, or every month.
  • An XP boost can cover text XP, voice XP or both, be limited to some channels or to members with certain roles, and post a message when it starts and when it ends.
  • XP that other modules give as a reward (a giveaway win, a bump, an invite) is boosted too, unless you turn that off for the boost. XP given by hand and XP bought in the shop are never boosted.
Fixes and improvements

Guided tours no longer cover search results

During a guided tour, the step card now moves out of the way of an open list, so you can pick from search results and dropdowns it used to cover.

Fixed

  • During a guided tour, the step card could sit on top of a search box's results or a dropdown, so the choices under it could not be clicked. The card now moves above, beside or to a corner of the screen while a list is open, and the highlight takes in the list so it is no longer dimmed.
  • On a phone, the tour's bottom panel fades and lets clicks through while an open list reaches under it, and comes back once the list closes.
New features

Rock, paper, scissors challenges

Challenge another member to rock, paper, scissors. Both pick in secret, the message shows who has answered, and the result appears once both are in. Playing against the bot now stays private to you.

Added

  • /rps now takes an optional opponent. Both players pick in secret from the buttons; the message says who has answered and who it is waiting for, then shows both picks and the winner.
  • A rock, paper, scissors challenge is called off after a minute with no move, and the message says who did not answer.
  • The Embed Designer has two new rock, paper, scissors embeds: the result against the bot and the challenge between two members.

Changed

  • /rps against the bot is now only seen by you: the game and its result appear in the same private message, and you can pick again for another round.
New features

More prefixes, longer aliases

Text commands can now answer to more than one prefix, including words like "ok bot", and aliases can be a few words long. Your own aliases and custom commands can also take the name of a built-in command you have turned off.

Added

  • Other prefixes in Command Permissions: up to 5 more prefixes every text command answers to, as well as the server prefix. A prefix can be words with a space after them, so "ok bot rank" works, in any mix of capital and small letters.
  • Command aliases can now be up to 5 words, like "lvl up", and an alias's own prefix can be words too.

Changed

  • Server settings: the Prefix help points to Command Permissions for more prefixes.
  • An alias or custom command with the name of a built-in command now answers to that name while the built-in command is turned off in your server (its module off, or the command switched off in Command Permissions). While the built-in command is on, it still wins.
  • Help for command aliases and custom command names explains when a built-in command's name can be used.
New features

Role path detection, next reward words and display names

Members moving over from another bot can be put on their role path from the roles they already have, the next reward can say None when there is nothing left, and messages can show a member's display name and XP modifier. Names with underscores or stars now show exactly as written.

Added

  • Role Paths has a Tools section with Detect paths from roles and a Give missing path roles switch, for servers coming from another bot.
  • Role Paths can detect members' paths from their roles.
  • Role Paths > Tools > Detect paths from roles puts every member who has not picked a path on the path whose roles they already have (their highest-level path role decides), so they get their next path role as they level up. Give missing path roles also hands out the path roles their level has earned that they are missing; leave it off for members who took a role off on purpose.
  • Leveling & XP > Rewards has Say when no reward is left: turn it on and {nextreward} shows your own words (None, or All rewards earned) for a member with no reward role ahead of them, on the level-up message and the rank card. It covers Role Paths too.
  • New placeholder {displayname}: the name a member shows in your server (their nickname, if they have one), wherever {username} can be used.
  • New placeholder {modifier} on the level-up message and the rank card: how much more or less XP a member earns from their roles and boosting, such as +50%.

Changed

  • Level-ups now give only the path roles of the new level, so a lower path role a member took off (to keep a colour, say) is not put back on every level-up.
  • The rank card shows the member's XP modifier when they have one, and Next reward with your words when none is left and Say when no reward is left is on.
  • Role Paths: Take away roles of other paths (was Take away the old path's roles) now takes away the roles of every other path when a member picks or changes path, including roles they had before the bot knew their path, such as from another bot.

Fixed

  • Names with underscores, stars or other formatting marks, such as ._misky_., now show exactly as written in messages and embeds instead of turning italic or bold.
New features

Sign-in-only ticket transcripts

A server can now keep its web-page ticket transcripts for the people who could see the ticket. The link then asks for a Discord sign-in instead of opening for anyone who has it.

Added

  • A sign-in-only transcript link takes people to sign in with Discord and back to the transcript, and tells anyone who cannot open it why, with the account they are signed in as.
  • Ticketing > Transcripts has Who can open the web link. Choose Only people who could see the ticket and the link asks for a Discord sign-in, then opens only for the person who opened the ticket, members added to it, staff and admins.

Changed

  • Behind the scenes support for sign-in-only transcript links.
  • Each web-page transcript notes who could see the ticket when it was made. Someone removed from a ticket is not counted unless they were added back.
New features

Alt Detection spots names like removed members

Alt Detection now notices when a new member's name is close to someone your server banned or kicked, and says in the alert who they resemble and how closely.

Added

  • Alt Detection alerts and the second account check now say when a name is close to a banned or kicked member, for example: name close to banned member nova_raider (92%). Look-alike letters, digits used as letters, separators and a number on the end are ignored when comparing.
  • Alt Detection has a new signal, Signal weight: name like a removed member (2 by default, 0 turns it off). It adds to the risk score when a new member's username or display name is close to someone this server banned or kicked.
  • Alt Detection settings Name closeness needed (%) (85 by default) and Also compare with current members (off by default), which also catches a newcomer whose name copies someone already in the server, such as a staff member.
New features

Clearer ticket transcripts

Ticket transcripts are easier to read: rows alternate in shade, times read as a date and time, and GIFs and server emojis show as they did in Discord. Bot messages that are only an embed are left out, and you can leave out bot messages altogether.

Added

  • GIFs posted in a ticket play in its web-page transcript, and server emojis show as pictures.
  • Ticketing > Transcripts has Include bot messages. Turn it off to leave messages from bots out of transcripts.

Changed

  • Rows in a ticket transcript alternate in shade, so the conversation is easier to follow.
  • A GIF in a transcript waits paused, with its controls, when you have asked for less motion.
  • GIFs in a ticket transcript play in every browser, Safari included.
  • Bot messages that are only an embed are no longer in ticket transcripts.
  • Times in a transcript file read as a date and time in your server's time zone, and the file says which zone it is.

Fixed

  • The transcript page no longer tells staff who wrote in a ticket that they did not take part in it. Someone removed from a ticket is not counted as taking part, unless they were added back.
New features

A simpler What's new page

Each release on the What's new page now shows one plain list of what was added, changed and fixed. The new-release bar at the bottom of the site is no longer shown by default.

Changed

  • Each release on the What's new page now shows one simple list of what was added, changed and fixed.
  • The new-release bar at the bottom of the site is no longer shown by default.
New features

Achievements

A new Achievements module, like MEE6's: goals members unlock by taking part, such as sending messages, adding reactions, time in voice, setting a birthday or boosting, with roles, XP or coins as rewards and tiers from Bronze to Diamond.

Added

  • The MEE6 import now says that achievements cannot be brought over, and what of the import counts towards Achievements here.
  • Achievements: members unlock achievements as they take part, get the rewards, and see theirs with /level achievements.
  • Staff can reset a member's achievements, one or all, with /manage achievements reset.
  • Achievements module (Activity & levels): goals members unlock by sending messages, posting pictures or files, adding reactions, time in voice, bumping, counting, winning giveaways, reaching a level, days in the server, reputation, invites, coins, setting a birthday, boosting or getting a role.
  • Each achievement can give and take roles, give XP and give coins, and can have up to four tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) with their own goals and rewards.
  • Achievements can be narrowed to channels (a fan art channel, say), kept secret until unlocked, given a last day, and set to count what members did before they were added.
  • Unlock announcements where it happened, in a channel or by direct message, with your own message and an embed from the Embed Designer, plus an optional almost there message.
  • A starter set of seven achievements, like MEE6's ready-made ones, ready as soon as the module is switched on.
New features

Automod Links rule can allow Discord message links

A Links rule in Automod can now let links to Discord channels and messages through, either only those to your own server or all of them.

Added

  • Automod Links rules can let links to Discord channels and messages through, for your own server or for every server.
  • Automod Links rules have a new setting, Discord message links: treat them like any other link (as before), allow links to this server, or allow all of them.
New features

Import XP from a points file

Import XP now reads points files (JSON) exported by other bots, with a minimum number of points a member needs to be brought over.

Added

  • Import XP takes a points file (JSON) exported by another bot, as well as a CSV. Its members are shown as user ID, text points and voice points, ready to import as text and voice XP.
  • A "Minimum points to import" setting for points files (1 by default): members with fewer points, text and voice together, are left out, and the count of members kept updates as you change it.
  • Reading points files: a JSON list of member IDs, each with text and voice points.

Changed

  • One import can now bring over up to 500,000 members (was 100,000).
New features

Most listened songs and artists

Status & Activity Stats now counts what members listen to on Spotify, and the Status and activity page lists the most listened songs, artists, and songs with their artist.

Added

  • Status and activity page: new Most listened list, with a choice of Songs, Artists, or Song and artist.
  • The statistics api returns the most listened songs, artists, and songs with their artist for a server.
  • Status & Activity Stats counts time listening on Spotify, by song, by artist, and by song and artist together. Only members who show Spotify as their status in Discord are counted, and nothing is kept per member.
  • New setting in Status & Activity Stats: Count songs and artists (on by default).
  • New plan limit: Songs and artists listed, so each plan can show a different number of songs and artists.

Changed

  • Privacy Policy: lists the song and artist totals Status & Activity Stats keeps for a server.
Major release

Slash commands reorganised: staff tools grouped by who uses them

The bot's slash commands are reorganised into 41 top-level commands, each meant for one audience. Everyday commands and the common moderation commands stay where they are; staff tools are grouped under /admin, /mod and /security, which only the right staff see. Prefix commands keep working by their old names.

Added

  • /leaderboard (or the prefix alias lb) shows any board: activity, levels, richest, reputation, invites or counting. User Stats chooses which board it opens on, with different boards per channel or per role if you like.
  • Command Permissions can choose what happens when someone types a prefix command they do not have the permission for: reply, react to their message, or stay silent, with exceptions for some commands, channels, roles or members.

Changed

  • Settings pages and help name the new command layout.
  • Slash commands are reorganised into 41 top-level commands. Staff tools are grouped under /admin (needs Manage Server), /mod (needs Timeout Members) and /security (needs Administrator), so members no longer see commands they cannot use.
  • The common moderation commands stay top-level: /ban, /unban, /kick, /warn, /mute, /unmute, /purge and /softban.
  • Commands that used to take an action choice are now one subcommand per action, for example /admin roles auto-add and /admin roles auto-remove.
  • Prefix commands keep working by their old names and aliases, and rules you set in Command Permissions on an old command name keep applying.
  • /stats server:yes shows the server overview that was /serverstats.
  • Command names in settings and help text follow the new command layout.

Fixed

  • /event create now needs Manage Events or Manage Server.
  • The prefix usage hint for approving or denying a suggestion now names the right commands.
Fixes and improvements

Commands page: 95 commands a server can fill

A server's own choices on the Commands page can take it up to 95 top-level commands, keeping 5 of Discord's 100 spare.

Changed

  • The Commands page counts against 95 top-level commands, and shows slash names of your own as used of how many you can have, with how many are left.
  • Slash names of a server's own are published only while the server stays at or under 95 top-level commands.
  • A server can have up to 95 top-level commands, keeping 5 of Discord's 100 spare. The limit on slash names of a server's own is at most 95.

Fixed

  • Saving the Commands page no longer counts commands of modules a server cannot see against its total.
New features

Commands page: who sees each slash command

A new Commands page sets who sees each of AyzyBot's slash commands, and who can use it, and which commands each group holds.

Added

  • A Commands page under Settings: choose who sees each slash command (by default, everyone, members with chosen permissions, or chosen roles and members), move commands between groups, and see how many of Discord's 100 commands are in use. Each command can be found with the search.
  • In Command Permissions, the command of a rule, an alias or a restriction, and the commands of a usage tip exception, are now picked from a list of this server's commands, subcommands and custom commands included, instead of typed.
  • On the Commands page, a command can be given extra slash names of the server's own, such as /testword for /filter test. Each uses one of Discord's 100 commands; the page shows how many are used and how many the server may have.
  • The dashboard's Commands page: reading and saving who sees each command and where it sits, and writing role and member choices to Discord.
  • The list of this server's commands for the command pickers in module settings.
  • Who sees a slash command is now also who can use it, with the slash menu or the prefix, as set on the new Commands page.
  • Commands can be moved to another group, a group of their own, or a group inside a group, per server.
  • A server's own extra slash names for commands, set on the Commands page, are published and run the command they name, seen and gated as that command is.
  • Shared rules for who sees each command and where it sits.
  • A tier feature and a limit for slash names of a server's own.

Changed

  • The always-on commands such as /help and /ping no longer show in direct messages.
  • /premium status, /premium claim and /premium unclaim now appear under /premium in the slash menu, as the help says. Before, claim and unclaim showed as /claim and /unclaim.
  • Report message now shows only in servers with the Report module on.
  • A command switched off in Command Permissions no longer shows in the slash menu, and manager roles can no longer use it either.
  • If you use manager roles or allow rules in Command Permissions, open the Commands page and choose Apply in Discord, so the commands they cover are shown only to the people who can use them.
New features

One bot or three

A server can now run AyzyBot as three bots that split the work: a Moderation bot, a Levels bot and a General bot. One bot stays the default, and your settings stay the same whichever you choose.

Added

  • A Bots page in the Settings menu: choose one bot or three, see which bots are in your server, add a missing one, and check what permissions each needs.
  • When you add AyzyBot to a server you can choose one bot or three first.
  • A module whose bot is not in your server says which bot it needs, with a button to add it.
  • Choosing one bot or three for a server, and seeing which of the three bots are in it.
  • AyzyBot can run as three bots: the Moderation bot, the Levels bot and the General bot each do only their own modules, with their own commands and permissions.
  • A module whose bot is not in the server waits with its settings kept, and starts working when that bot joins.
  • The split between the Moderation, Levels and General bots, and what each bot asks for when you add it.
New features

Clearer embeds and an easier Embed Designer

The bot's embeds now list each piece of information on its own line, with plain titles and no extra jargon. The Embed Designer is sorted by dashboard category, and a changed setting is marked with a small pencil instead of a coloured background.

Changed

  • The Embed Designer list is chosen one dashboard category at a time, with each feature's embeds under its own heading. Searching still looks through every embed and says which category each is in.
  • A setting or embed you have changed but not saved shows a small pencil beside its name instead of a purple background.
  • In the embed editor, the settings inside Body, Author, Images and the other parts sit further in, so it is clearer which part they belong to.
  • Logs, moderation replies, tickets, security alerts and other embeds put each piece of information on its own line, as "Label: value", instead of several on one line or in side-by-side boxes.
  • Embed titles are in sentence case, with no exclamation marks ("Message deleted", "New server boost", "Thanks for bumping").
  • Plainer words in embeds: "Possible second account" instead of "Possible alt account", "Discord ID" instead of "Snowflake", "Response time" instead of "WebSocket", and changes read "was X, now Y".
  • Who did something and why, in logs, and the staff name on a mod mail reply, are now lines in the embed rather than separate boxes.
  • List replies (shop items, rewards, events, giveaways, reaction roles) use plain commas and colons instead of special symbols.
  • The Embed Designer's starting designs give one fact per line and leave out a line whose information is missing, so most embeds no longer need side-by-side boxes.
Fixes and improvements

Leaderboards that load reliably, and a tidier feedback page

Public leaderboards show a loading screen and no longer fail on servers with many members, and the admin feedback page looks as it should.

Added

  • A loading screen on public leaderboards while the board is read, and a "Loading the leaderboard..." line when switching boards.

Changed

  • A leaderboard that was read recently is shown straight away while a fresh copy is read behind it.
  • New wording for the leaderboard loading screen.

Fixed

  • The leaderboard's board tabs no longer show a small scrollbar.
  • Admin > Feedback: the status tabs, the list and opened feedback are styled properly.
  • A public leaderboard (most often Levels) could say it could not be loaded on a server with many members. It now answers within a few seconds, and member names still missing fill in on the next visits.
New features

Staff names, birthday posts and clearer logs

Choose whether members see which staff member answered them. Birthdays can be posted one message each and without pings. Logs put their IDs together at the bottom, edits underline the added words, and the end of a temporary ban or mute says what it was.

Added

  • Show staff names to members, on Identity & Appearance.
  • Show staff names to members is saved with the server's settings and decides whether members see staff names on their appeals and applications.
  • Show staff names to members (Identity & Appearance): off by default, so members see "Staff" in mod mail replies and ticket messages. On, they see the staff member's name, unless mod mail hides it.
  • Birthdays: post one message for everyone or one message each, and choose whether members are pinged.
  • Logging: the IDs of each entry are now one block at the very bottom, under an "IDs" heading that can be turned off.
  • Settings for staff names, birthday posts and the IDs heading.

Changed

  • Edit logs underline the words that were added, as well as making them bold.
  • When a temporary ban or mute runs out, the mod log says who it was, what the action was and for how long, why, and who gave it.
  • A mod mail reply to a member is titled "Staff reply from" the server.
New features

Send feedback, editable guided tours, and simpler limits

Anyone can now send feedback from the foot of every page, and the team reads it in the admin area. Operators can change the guided tours, add a tier in Limits, and set the embed each feature starts with.

Added

  • Send feedback, at the foot of every page: an idea, something broken, or anything else, with the page it is about. Signed in, the team can reply by DM; signed out, nothing says who sent it.
  • Admin > Feedback lists what was sent by status (New, Planned, Done, Declined), and can post new feedback to the activity channel.
  • Admin > Tours: change the guided tours' words and steps, hide one, or add your own, with a preview of each step.
  • Admin > Limits is one table with a column per tier, and Add tier adds the next tier.
  • Admin > Embeds also sets the embed each feature (polls, giveaways, level-ups and more) starts with on every server.
  • Site editor: Standard landing page puts the standard home page sections back, to review before publishing.
  • Feedback from the site, and editable guided tours.
  • Feedback and editable guided tours.

Changed

  • Saving a module's settings no longer sends the feature's own embed, which is saved from the Embed Designer.
  • The footer lists the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy by default.
New features

Guided tours, and a cleaner public site

Guided tours walk you through setting up your own server one step at a time. The home page, About, What's in the box, the guides, the legal pages, the public leaderboard and your account pages are laid out more simply.

Added

  • Guided tours on the Guides page: Getting started, Turn on Automod, Welcome new members, Open tickets with a panel, and Levels and rewards. A tour opens the real pages on your own server and points at what to press. Nothing is saved for you: it waits for you to press Save.
  • A tour you leave part way can be carried on later, from the dashboard, on any device you sign in on.
  • Download a ticket transcript as a web page with its pictures, or as plain text.
  • Guides and the legal pages have an "On this page" list beside the text.
  • Guided tour progress is kept on your account.
  • Guided tour progress on the account.

Changed

  • The home page, About, What's in the box, the guides, the module reference, the Privacy Policy and Terms, the public leaderboard, web forms, My submissions, Premium, Use a code, Claim an offer and the server list are laid out more simply.
  • What's in the box shows which modules are included and which need a tier, and what each always-there command does.
  • My submissions is a table, and a decided submission shows the staff's answer first.
  • Built against the new shared library.
Major release

The Embed Designer for every embed, and simpler records and tools

The Embed Designer now holds the look of polls, events, giveaways, level-ups and more, says which features send each embed, and lets you choose how times are shown. Records, settings and tool pages are laid out more simply, and leaderboards show more names, faster.

Added

  • Polls, events, giveaways, suggestions, level-ups, ticket messages, Question of the Day and custom birthdays are now designed in the Embed Designer. Each still follows its own module's settings, and the module page links there.
  • Used by: each embed in the Embed Designer lists the features that send it. Ctrl+K finds an embed by its name, or by a feature or command that sends it.
  • Times in embeds can be shown as date and time, relative (in 2 hours), date only or time only. Everyone sees them in their own timezone.
  • Drag the line between the Embed Designer's editor and its preview to make the preview wider.
  • Welcome DMs can have several versions, each a message, an embed, both, or a Discohook link, and each new member gets one picked at random.
  • Export moderation cases to a spreadsheet.
  • Copy a link to any release on the What's new page.
  • Moderation cases can be exported to a spreadsheet.
  • Time styles for time datapoints in embed designs.

Changed

  • The Embed Designer is laid out in three columns: the embeds, the one you are editing, and its preview.
  • Moderation cases, the audit log, the inbox, statistics, server info, server settings, dashboard access, the question queue, reaction roles and API commands are laid out more simply.
  • The inbox filters are now Waiting, All and Closed.
  • What each statistics chart shows is behind the (?) beside its title.
  • A new release notice now shows even while the site shows its own notice, until it is dismissed.
  • Labels across the panel are in sentence case instead of capitals.

Fixed

  • Switching between leaderboards no longer seems stuck: the board stays in view, dimmed, until the next one is ready.
  • Members imported from MEE6 keep the name MEE6 knows, so leaderboards show it even after they left.
  • After a MEE6 import the bot keeps the names of everyone with XP, so leaderboards load quickly and name everyone.
Major release

Identity page, footer and time choices, and clearer settings

The bot's name, colour and footer now have a page of their own, with a new choice for whether embeds show the time they were sent. Command Permissions, Welcome & Goodbye and Ticketing are laid out more simply, and long module pages can be expanded or collapsed in one click.

Added

  • Identity & Appearance has its own page under Branding & Identity, with a live preview. Every server can open it; the name, colour and footer settings still need Tier 1.
  • Time sent on embeds: choose whether the bot's embeds show the time they were sent. Free for every server.
  • Every embed editor and the Embed Designer can choose the footer (the server setting, this embed's own text only, or none) and the time (the server setting, show or hide). Both follow the server setting unless you change them.
  • Expand all and Collapse all on module pages with lists or embed editors.
  • The site editor can make a row of landing page buttons all the same width.
  • Server exports include the Time sent on embeds setting.
  • Embeds follow the server's Time sent on embeds setting, and each embed's own footer and time choices.
  • Settings for whether embeds show the time they were sent, server-wide and per embed.

Changed

  • Server settings now holds the prefix, language, timezone and mentions. The bot's identity and the custom bot have moved to their module pages, and old links take you there.
  • Custom Bot shows your bot application at the top of its module page.
  • Command Permissions shows one entry per command, with who may use it, its aliases and its restrictions together. Your rules work exactly as before.
  • Welcome & Goodbye shows each message as one list of versions in Advanced mode. Deleting the last one asks first, then also clears the older message settings.
  • Ticketing's Behavior tab is now three tabs: Opening, Closing and Working hours.
  • Colour vision in the Accessibility menu is a dropdown, and on phones the Accessibility menu fills the screen with a close button.
  • Ticketing settings are grouped into Opening, Closing and Working hours tabs.
Major release

Clearer categories and a new page bar

Modules are sorted into clearer categories, including New members and Text replies, and every server page has a new bar along the top with Settings, Records, Inbox, Tools and Help.

Added

  • An Inbox in the bar along the top of every server page, with the number of appeals and applications waiting for a reply.
  • A Help menu in the same bar: the guide to the module you are looking at, Finding your way round, all guides, and every role and channel with its ID.
  • Move settings: exporting, importing and bringing data over from another bot are now three tabs of one page. Old links and bookmarks still work.
  • The number of appeals and applications waiting for a reply, for the dashboard's new Inbox.

Changed

  • The bar along the top of every server page now reads Modules, Settings, Records, Inbox, Tools and Help, each with an icon, and Question queue is under Tools. On a phone it is one row of tabs.
  • Server pages no longer have a Back button: the bar along the top goes everywhere, and the line above each page's title says which menu it is in.
  • Modules are grouped differently. New members holds everything that happens when someone joins, in the order it happens. Text replies holds Custom Commands, Auto Responder and Tags. The statistics modules joined Leveling & Engagement, now called Activity & levels, and Security, Logging and Roles are shorter names for what is left in them. Settings, links and dashboard access are unchanged.
  • The page footer stays at the bottom of the window on pages too short to scroll.
  • In the guides, add-on modules are marked "Add-on, sold on its own", and the "What is a tier?" link is gone.
  • Two new categories, New members and Text replies, and shorter names for Security, Logging, Activity & levels and Roles. /help and /modules in Discord list modules under them.

Fixed

  • Tier and add-on badges are easier to read in the dark theme.
  • A module's settings no longer leave a gap beside a setting with options under it: the two columns each run on their own, and switching a setting on or off never moves another to the other column.
  • The module list's search hint and long category names are no longer cut off.
  • Statistics tiles show their whole name, such as Time on do not disturb, on a second line when needed.
Fixes and improvements

Embed Designer: undone changes are no longer unsaved

The Embed Designer no longer asks you to save after you change something and change it back, and its fields are easier to tell apart.

Changed

  • In the Embed Designer, each field sits in its own box, set in under Fields, and Add a field has an outline so it is easier to find.

Fixed

  • The Embed Designer no longer says there are unsaved changes after you change something and change it back. An embed edited back to how it looked before keeps following that look, as if it had not been touched.
New features

New look for the panel, part 2: module pages

Module pages follow the new design: one box with the module's name, switch and links at the top, settings in numbered parts, tools after the settings, and a save bar that is always at hand. You can now write your own help text for any (?), switching off Leveling & XP offers to switch off Role Paths too, and embeds built in module settings gained title and author links.

Added

  • Admin > Help text: write your own text for the (?) beside any module or setting. Your text is used on every server; clear it to use the built-in text again. A setting with no text gets a (?) once you write some.
  • Switching off Leveling & XP while Role Paths is on now asks whether to switch Role Paths off too. Switching Role Paths on while Leveling & XP is off offers to switch both on.
  • Embeds built in a module's settings (welcome messages and others) have the same parts as the Embed Designer: a link on the title, a link on the author's name, and a switch to leave out the server's footer where your plan includes removing it.
  • Coloured heading text leans very slightly towards the pointer when Motion is set to Full.
  • Serves the help text an operator wrote to every server's module pages, and lists every (?) for the admin's help text editor.
  • Embeds built in a module's settings can link their title and their author's name, and can leave out the server's footer on plans that include removing it.
  • Operators can replace the help text behind any (?) from the admin area; the text is kept with the platform settings.

Changed

  • Each module page is one box: the category above the module's name, what the module does behind the (?) beside its name, the switch on the right, then its commands and a Related line linking to its other pages (Cases, Charts, Inbox and so on).
  • Module settings are in numbered parts, and tools such as Give XP, Import XP and Post info channels come after the settings instead of before them.
  • The save bar is always at the bottom while you edit a module. Reset and Save are dashed until something changes.
  • The module list is a plain column beside the module, with the chosen module tinted.
  • In Command Permissions, a command's restrictions are in two columns, who and where beside cooldown and replies, and a reply message is hidden while the bot is set to stay silent.
  • The bot-offline and view-only messages on module pages are shown as notices.

Fixed

  • Fixed the module's category showing beside its name instead of above it.
New features

New look for the panel, part 1: colours, controls and page headers

The first part of the panel's redesign: a darker, flatter look with solid boxes and no glows, clearer buttons and switches, one Accessibility list with a new Spacing choice, a new header and footer, and a page header with a (?) on every server tool page. Every setting works as before and nothing stored is changed.

Added

  • Accessibility: Spacing (Compact, Comfortable or Roomy) sets how much room there is between settings and headings. It is saved to your account with your other choices.
  • Header: a search box with its shortcut (Ctrl K), and Features, which opens What's in the box.
  • Account menu: My plans.
  • Module settings: help for each setting sits behind a (?) beside its name, and settings are laid out in two columns on wide screens.
  • Admin > Platform: a font for each kind of text (logo, headings, subheadings, body, easier-to-read) with an optional font link, the box colour, the backdrop, divider lines and left or centred page alignment.
  • Features (What's in the box) is a built-in header menu item, placed before Guides. It can be hidden in the site editor but not removed.

Changed

  • New look across the panel: solid boxes on a dark backdrop with stars, no glows or gradients, and colours checked for readability in every theme, contrast and colour-vision setting.
  • Buttons, badges, choice buttons and text boxes have a new style. Switches show On in green and Off in red with the word beside them. Anything that cannot be used has a dashed edge.
  • Accessibility settings are one list in parts (Display, Text, Spacing, Motion, Language) and the button is labelled Accessibility.
  • The easier-to-read font is now Lexend Exa.
  • Server tool pages (Audit log, Cases, Statistics, Embed Designer, Premium and others) have a new page header: the page name with a (?) that explains the page and links to its guide.
  • Only one notice bar shows at a time, drawn as a flat notice. The guide offer for new users shows on the server list only.
  • The site footer is one row across the window: the logo and name at one end, the links at the other.
  • The embed editor and the Embed Designer are laid out like Discohook: the message, body, author, fields, images, footer and buttons as parts you open, with the preview beside them.
  • Built against the new shared library.
  • New default look for a platform with no design of its own: the new colours, Lexend Exa as the easier-to-read font, no backdrop glow and no footer tagline. Anything an operator has already set is kept.

Fixed

  • Fixed header links set to the plain style still showing as boxes.
New features

Remove the bot footer, and auto response DMs to staff

Servers on the right plan can take the bot's footer off their embeds, the footer text can differ by plan, and an auto response sent as a DM can go to the person who made it or to chosen members instead of whoever wrote the trigger.

Added

  • Server settings: Footer text on embeds, a switch that takes the bot's footer text and icon off every embed the bot sends in your server (a paid feature; the switch shows the plan that includes it).
  • Admin > Platform: footer text by tier, so servers on each plan can carry a different footer.
  • Command Permissions: @everyone can be picked as a role in a command rule.
  • The footer a server's embeds carry is worked out for the dashboard's previews, and taking it off is checked against the server's plan.
  • Servers with the Remove the bot footer feature can take the bot's footer text and icon off their embeds; an embed's own footer, such as a vote count, stays.
  • Auto responses sent as a DM can go to the person who made them or to up to 10 chosen members. /autoreply add and edit take dm-me to send one to you.
  • Remove the bot footer is a feature the operator can put on a tier (Admin > Tiers), part of Identity & Appearance.

Changed

  • The Server settings and Embed Designer previews show your server's real footer, or none when it is switched off, and the time an embed was sent.
  • Auto Responder: a response sent as a DM has a DM to choice: the member who wrote the trigger, the person who made the response, or chosen members.
  • The bot's footer text can differ by plan, as the operator sets it.
  • A design in the Embed Designer that leaves the server footer out only does so where the server may take the footer off; otherwise the footer is added.

Fixed

  • Fixed the Server settings preview showing your footer icon while Identity & Appearance was not included.
New features

Progress, next reward and XP placeholders for levels

The rank command now shows a member's place on the leaderboard, a progress bar to the next level and their next reward role with the level it comes at. The same details, plus text, voice and total XP, can be placed anywhere in the level-up message, the level-up embed and the Rank embed design.

Added

  • The message preview fills the new level placeholders with example values.
  • The rank command shows a member's place on the level leaderboard, a progress bar to the next level with the XP still to go, and the next reward role with the level it comes at.
  • Level-up messages and embeds can show progress, the next reward and the level it comes at, the place on the leaderboard, and text, voice and total XP.
  • A member on a role path sees that path's next role as a next reward too, beside the level rewards.
  • Placeholders for levels: {progress}, {progressbar}, {percent}, {nextlevel}, {xpleft}, {xp}, {totalxp}, {textxp}, {voicexp}, {rank}, {nextreward}, {nextrewardlevel} and {rewardxpleft}, in the level-up message, the level-up embed and the Rank embed design.
  • The level-up embed can have fields.

Changed

  • The Embed Designer lists the new level datapoints for the Rank embed and no longer offers {total}, which {totalxp} replaces.
  • In an embed built in the dashboard, a field whose value comes out empty is now left out, as the Embed Designer already does. A Next reward field disappears once no reward is left, for example.
  • The Rank embed design offers {totalxp} in place of {total}. Designs that already use {total} keep working.
Fixes and improvements

No replies for commands of modules that are off

Prefix commands from a module that is not enabled in your server are now ignored, instead of answering that the module is not enabled.

Fixed

  • The bot no longer answers "That command belongs to a module which is not enabled here" when someone types a prefix command from a module your server has turned off. It now ignores the message, so it stays quiet when another bot shares your prefix.
New features

Embed fields, role mentions and posting status for info channels

Embeds in info channels can now have fields, each set to sit side by side or on a line of its own. Typing @role-name in an embed mentions the role, code blocks show as written, and posting info channels reports what really happened even when it takes a while.

Added

  • A Fields list in info channel embeds, under the description: a name, a value and an Inline switch for each field.
  • Info channel embeds can have up to 25 fields, each with a name, a value and whether it is inline (side by side, up to three to a row). Links written as [words](https://...) work in field values.
  • Typing @role-name in an embed's description or a field value mentions that role. A mention in an embed never pings anyone.
  • Embed settings can offer fields. Info channel embeds are the first to use them.

Changed

  • The embed description's help says that #channel-name and @role-name become mentions and [words](https://...) makes a link.

Fixed

  • The text box preview and the info channel preview show code blocks the way Discord does, and the info channel preview shows plain links as links.
  • Posting info channels shows Still posting while a long post runs and then what the bot really did, instead of That did not work.
  • Posting info channels that takes more than a few seconds is no longer shown as failed in the dashboard when it worked.
  • #channel-name, :emoji: and @role-name inside a code block or inline code are left exactly as written instead of being turned into links.
  • An info channel post that stops part way now says how many messages went out, and posting again replaces them instead of leaving them behind.
  • An info channel that was posted is no longer reported as failed when the bot could not note what it posted; it says so and what to do instead.
New features

Choose the word filter list from Discord

filter add can now put a word on any of your Word Filters lists: give a list an ID on the dashboard and add list:<ID> after the word. You can also pick a default list for words added without flags, and the help for filter add now explains every flag, with examples.

Added

  • Command guides on the dashboard and on the Guides pages show a How it works section and several examples when a command has them.
  • filter add <word> list:<ID or name> puts the word on that list, where it uses that list's settings.
  • When Default list for filter add is set, words added with no flags go on that list.
  • The help for filter add now explains flags, lists and quotes, with examples. filter list shows each list's ID.
  • Word Filters lists have an optional ID: a short name with no spaces that you can type in filter add.
  • New Word Filters setting at the top of the page: Default list for filter add.

Changed

  • Command guides pass on their extra examples with your server's prefix filled in.
  • On the Word Filters page the lists now come first, above the Discord AutoMod settings.

Fixed

  • filter add with a phrase in quotes and no flags no longer saves the quote marks as part of the phrase. filter remove takes a phrase in quotes too.
New features

Flows that react to what members do

Flows can now start when a member joins or leaves a voice channel, goes live, turns their camera on, boosts, accepts the rules, levels up, starts a thread or sends any message. For example: give a role while someone is in voice, and take it away when they leave.

Added

  • The flow editor lists triggers in groups (Messages, Members, Voice, Reactions, Other), with a short note on what the trickier ones do.
  • Triggers that happen in a channel can be limited to chosen channels or categories.
  • A level-up trigger can start from a chosen level.
  • The flow editor's new triggers, checks and steps can be saved.
  • Flows run when a member joins or leaves a voice channel, starts or stops streaming, turns their camera on or off, boosts or stops boosting, accepts the rules, levels up, starts a thread or forum post, or sends any message. Voice and message triggers can be kept to chosen channels or categories.
  • New flow triggers: joins or leaves a voice channel, starts or stops streaming, turns their camera on or off, boosts or stops boosting, accepts the rules, levels up, starts a thread or forum post, and any message.
  • New flow checks: the member is in a voice channel, the member is boosting, and the message has a file or image.
  • New flow step: send a message in the same channel the trigger happened in.

Changed

  • Flow steps and checks show role and channel names instead of IDs, also after the page is reloaded.
  • The run history shows each trigger by name.
  • Flow run history older than 30 days is now cleared automatically.
  • The "Message is in a channel" check is now "It happened in a channel", and also works for voice channels and threads.

Fixed

  • A flow with a "Mute the member" step can now be saved.
  • When two members set off the same flow at the same moment, it now runs for both of them instead of only the first.
  • A flow that gives a role someone already has (or removes one they do not have) no longer asks Discord to do it again, and no longer fills the run history with runs that changed nothing.
  • A flow's channel list now covers threads, and every channel in a chosen category.
New features

Info Channels: uploaded pictures, previews and posting one at a time

Info Channels can now use pictures uploaded straight from the dashboard and put pictures above a message. Preview a whole channel before posting it, post one info channel at a time, and choose whether posting updates the messages already there or posts them again.

Added

  • Info Channels: upload pictures from your device, and move or remove them in the Pictures list.
  • Info Channels: a Post info channels section to post one info channel or all of them, choose whether to update the messages already there or post them again, and preview a channel as it will look in Discord.
  • Upload pictures for Info Channels: PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP, up to 8 MB each.
  • Preview an info channel before posting it, and post one info channel at a time.
  • Info Channels: pictures uploaded from the dashboard are posted as attachments, so Discord keeps its own copy and no outside link is needed.
  • Info Channels: pictures can go above a message. Discord always shows a message's text above its pictures, so they are posted as their own message just before it.
  • Info Channels: posting can update the messages already in a channel, or delete them and post the set again, for one info channel or all of them.
  • Info Channels pictures can be uploaded from your device instead of linked.
  • A Pictures go setting on each Info Channels message puts its pictures under it or above it.

Changed

  • The Post info channels button at the top of the Info Channels page is now its own section on that page.
  • Previews show a short note instead of a broken picture for pictures linked from other sites, which the dashboard does not load.
New features

Find yourself on any leaderboard

Every leaderboard command can now show where you are: add the word me (for example ?leaderboard me) or pick me in the slash command to see your own place and the members just above and below you.

Added

  • Leaderboards: add me to see your own place and the two members either side of you. Works on /leaderboard, /level top, /rep top, the invite leaderboard, /eco richest (?baltop) and /counting leaderboard. With the prefix, type the word me anywhere after the command, for example ?leaderboard me or ?leaderboard week me.

Changed

  • The reputation and counting leaderboards no longer list members with no points.
  • Translations: text for finding your own place on a leaderboard.

Fixed

  • The invite leaderboard now ranks every inviter. Before, it could leave out top inviters in larger servers.
  • The richest members list now ranks by wallet and bank together across everyone, so a member with most of their coins in the bank is no longer missed.
New features

/legal links to the Privacy Policy and Terms

Anyone can now run /legal in Discord to get links to the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Added

  • New /legal command: links to the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, with a button for each. Only the member who runs it sees the answer, it works in every server, and no server setting can turn it off.

Changed

  • /legal is listed with the commands every server has.
New features

Pushover notifications for errors

The people who run the platform can now get a phone notification through Pushover when something goes wrong, set up in Admin > Logging.

Added

  • A Pushover part in Admin > Logging: on/off, the lowest level that notifies, priority, how long the same error waits before notifying again, the application token and user key, and a test button.
  • Admin > Logging can send a test notification to Pushover.
  • Errors can be sent to a phone through Pushover. Each error notifies once and again only if it keeps happening, with a limit on how many are sent an hour.
New features

Usage tips, XP rewards, custom birthdays and XP import

Choose whether the bot answers a command that is missing something, give XP as a reward from giveaways, boosts and more, add birthdays for characters and celebrities with their own embed, and import XP from a spreadsheet.

Added

  • Import XP on the Leveling & XP page: choose a CSV file, say what each column holds, choose Replace or Add on (or keep the higher, or only members with no XP), and choose whether members' new level is announced the next time they earn XP.
  • Post a custom birthday now, from the Birthdays page.
  • Import XP from a spreadsheet on the Leveling & XP page: map each column to a username or user ID and text, voice or total XP or a level, then replace members' XP or add on to it.
  • A command typed with nothing after it that needs something now gets the server's chosen usage answer, and commands' own usage replies follow the same setting.
  • XP rewards are handed out by giveaways (winners, host, entrants, and a per-giveaway xp option), boosts, invites (first non-fake joins only), bumps, reputation, birthdays, starboard (once per message), approved suggestions, counting and shop items.
  • Custom birthdays are announced on their day, listed in upcoming birthdays, and can be posted at once from the dashboard.
  • Members moved up by an XP import get that level's rewards, and its announcement when the import asked for it, the next time they gain XP.
  • Picking a role path shows the server's message and, as set, the picture of the path role it gave.
  • Command Permissions: a Usage tips setting for when a command is used without what it needs - reply with a short tip, reply with the full guide, react, or stay silent - with exceptions for some commands, some channels, or a command in a channel.
  • XP rewards in Giveaways, Boost Tracking, Invite Tracking, Bump Reminders, Reputation, Birthdays, Starboard, Suggestions and Counting: give text or voice XP to the right person, such as each winner or the booster.
  • Shop items can give XP when used.
  • Birthdays: custom birthdays for characters, celebrities or anyone, each with its own date, description, link, pictures, colour and details, plus a channel, ping role, message and embed design for all of them.
  • Role Paths: a message and picture once a member picks a path, so the picture of a path role reached on the level the path opens at is still shown.
New features

Mute as a punishment everywhere

Every place that can punish a member can now mute them in your server's mute mode (Discord timeout or your muted role), for a length you choose.

Added

  • The flow editor offers a "Mute the member" step with a reason and a length in minutes.
  • Mute (server mute mode) works as a punishment in the automod quick filters, honeypot, join gate (also /joinage), anti-raid, captcha verification, alt detection, counting, the slur filter and flow automations.
  • "Mute (server mute mode)" is now a punishment choice in the automod quick filters, honeypot, join gate, anti-raid, captcha verification, alt detection, counting and the slur filter, each with its own length.
  • Flow automations have a new "Mute the member" step with a length in minutes.

Changed

  • Word filter logs now show the exact text that set the filter off, as typed, mark it in the message, and name the list entry it matched when that reads differently.
  • Anti-raid timeouts now use a length you set (6 hours unless changed) instead of a fixed 6 hours.
  • Alt detection timeouts now use a length you set (1 hour unless changed).

Fixed

  • A mute given by automod rules, word filters, the warn ladder or escalation now ends when its time is up and gives back any roles it removed. Before, a mute using a muted role could stay on for good.
  • A mute punishment with no length set now lasts 1 hour, and the log and DM say so.
New features

Custom prefix commands

Make your own prefix commands in the dashboard: choose the message or embed they answer with, what members type after them, and who can use them through Command Permissions.

Added

  • In a custom command, the message, other messages and embed offer that command's own inputs as placeholders and preview them.
  • Custom commands answer with the server prefix, check what members type (a member, role, channel, number, word or text, with allowed values and ranges), and show how to use the command when something is missing.
  • They can reply, send a DM or post in another channel, ping members only when allowed, give or take roles, delete the command message and remove their answer after a while.
  • The perms command accepts custom command names.
  • Custom Commands module (Automation): build your own prefix commands with a message, an embed or both, inputs members fill in, random answers, and optional roles to give or take.
  • Custom commands work with Command Permissions by name, like any built-in command: allow, block or limit who can use them and where.
New features

Command aliases

Give any command extra names of your own for prefix use, e.g. b for ban. Set them under Command Permissions.

Added

  • Commands answer to the aliases a server sets under Command Permissions when used with the prefix. Every rule for a command applies under its aliases too.
  • /help shows a server's own aliases for a command, and finds a command by one.
  • Command Permissions has a new Command aliases setting: extra prefix names for any command.
New features

Give and take roles with /role

Staff can now give a member a role, or take one away, with /role give and /role take. Use /perms allow to let other people use them too.

Added

  • /role give and /role take: give a member a role or take one away, with an optional reason that is shown in the reply and in Discord's audit log.
  • By default only members with Manage Roles see them. Use /perms allow role give (or role take) to let other roles or members use them.
  • Nobody can hand out a role at or above their own highest role, a role with admin-level permissions, or change the roles of someone who ranks at or above them.
  • New module Give & Take Roles in Roles & Welcome, with an optional list of the only roles staff may give and take.
New features

Give XP to several members at once

Admins can now give or take XP from up to 25 members in one go, with /leveladmin xp or from the dashboard.

Added

  • Give XP form on the Leveling & XP module: pick up to 25 members and an amount (a minus number takes XP away).
  • The dashboard can give XP to several members at once.
  • /leveladmin xp has a new "more" option: name other members (mentions or ids) to give them the same XP, up to 25 in all. Bots and people who are not in the server are skipped.
  • The dashboard's Give XP form is applied by the bot, so level-ups hand out reward roles and are announced just as earned XP is.
  • Shared limits for giving XP by hand.

Changed

  • One hand adjustment of XP is limited to 1,000,000 either way.
New features

Group word filter lists

Word filter lists and custom words can be given a group name. Entries in the same group fold together under one heading on the dashboard, so a long set of lists no longer fills the page.

Added

  • Lists that support groups now fold entries with the same group under one heading, with a count. Open a group to edit its entries or add a new one to it.
  • Word Filters: a Group setting on each filter list and each custom word, to tidy the dashboard. It does not change what the entry does.
New features

Custom words with their own flags

Word Filters has a new Custom words section: single words, each with its own match mode and action, which you can add from Discord with flags after the word (filter add badword whole timeout 10m). Filter list now attaches the full list as a text file.

Added

  • Word Filters: custom words. Add a word with flags after it to give that one word its own match mode and action, for example filter add badword whole timeout 10m. Adding the same word again changes its flags.
  • Flags: whole, begin, end, start, exact, wildcard, regex, case, name, new, hoist, notify, notifynd, delete, warn, mute <time>, timeout <time>, kick, softban, ban [time], quarantine. A plain number is minutes for mute and timeout, days for ban. Put a phrase in quotes.
  • Custom words are checked before your lists. Filter remove removes a word from both.
  • Word Filters dashboard: a Custom words section, one row per word with its own match mode, action, duration, delete and notify settings, and what it checks.

Changed

  • Filter list now gives a short summary and attaches the full list, custom words and every list, as a text file, so nothing is cut off.
  • Filter add without flags works as before and adds the word to the default list.
New features

Just notify action for word filters

Word filter lists have a new Just notify action that tells your staff about a match and leaves the message up.

Added

  • Word Filters: lists set to Just notify only send the notice. They never delete the message, punish the member, change a nickname or delete a thread.
  • Word Filters: a new Just notify action. It posts a notice to your notifications channel and does nothing else - the message stays up, nobody is punished, and later lists still check the message.

Changed

  • List titles in module settings now show the name of the chosen option (for example Just notify) instead of its stored value.
New features

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

The site now has a Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy, explaining the rules for using the bot and what it keeps about people.

Added

  • Terms of Service page at /terms.
  • Privacy Policy page at /privacy: what is kept about you, why, who can see it, how long it is kept and how to ask for it to be removed.
  • Links to both from the About page and the sign-in page.

Changed

  • New page wording for the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages is ready for translation.
Fixes and improvements

Path choose replies to your message

Running path choose with the prefix now answers as a reply to your message, like every other prefix command.

Fixed

  • Path choose run with the prefix posted the path picker as a new message instead of replying to yours.
New features

Level leaderboard and command names

Levelling has its own leaderboard, /level top. Levelling and User Stats each let a server pick the names its members type for these commands.

Added

  • /level top shows the members with the most XP, with their level, and tells you where you stand when you are not on it.
  • Levelling can use /xp show and /xp leaderboard instead of /level show and /level top. Pick it under Leveling & XP > Commands.
  • User Stats can use /stats show and /stats leaderboard instead of /stats and /leaderboard. Pick it under User Stats > Commands.
  • Settings for the leaderboard: places, leaving out members who have left, and who sees it.

Changed

  • The dashboard shows each module's commands under the names your server picked.
  • /level is now /level show. Typing it with the prefix still works as before.
  • /help lists commands under the names your server picked.
New features

Images for role path levels

Each role on a role path can now have an image, such as a GIF, that is shown in the level-up message when a member reaches it.

Added

  • Role Paths: the level-up message shows the image set for a path role when a member reaches it. Levels with an image are announced even if your Leveling announcement settings (minimum level, every Nth level) would skip them; turning announcements off still turns them off.
  • Role Paths: each role on a path has a new Image setting. Paste a link to a GIF or picture and it is shown in the level-up message when a member on that path reaches the role.

Changed

  • The level-up message now also names the role path roles it gave, not only the Leveling reward roles.
New features

Question of the Day

A new Question of the Day module: fill a queue of questions ahead of time, put them in the order you want, and the bot posts one on your schedule. Members answer in a thread the bot opens or by replying, and can suggest questions of their own.

Added

  • A Question queue page for each question of the day: add many questions at once, drag or use the arrows to change the order, edit or remove questions, approve or reject suggestions, ask an old question again, and post the next question straight away.
  • The question queue for Question of the Day: add questions one at a time or as a list, edit, remove, reorder, approve suggestions and ask old questions again.
  • Question of the Day: posts the next question from the queue on the days and at the time you choose. In thread mode the bot opens a thread on the question and fills its link into the post as soon as it exists.
  • /qotd suggest for members, and /qotd add, /qotd queue and /qotd post for staff.
  • Suggested questions can go to a review channel with Approve and Reject buttons.
  • Staff can be warned in a channel when the queue is running low or has run out.
  • Question of the Day module settings: channel, days and time, answers in a thread or by reply, thread name, answer button, ping role, pinning, what happens when the queue runs out, and member suggestions.
  • New limits for operators: questions waiting to be asked, and suggested questions waiting for review.

Changed

  • The slur list commands are now /slur server and /slur global (they were /slurword and /slurglobal). Typing them with the prefix still works as before.
